How do I conclude a binding reservation of an apartment?

You have the ability to secure an exclusive reservation for a period of 5 days. During this period you may conclude a binding reservation. Further details of the reservation procedure are outlined in the "Payment Schedule". If a binding reservation does not occur by the end of the 5 day period, the reservation on the apartment lapses.

I am a foreigner. Can I acquire real estate in the Czech Republic as a private person, or am I obliged to set up a company for this purpose?

All EU-citizens, or citizens of the countries having equal priviliges to EU citizens, only require a temporary residence permit in the Czech republic to acquire property in the Czech Republic.

Is there a possibility to see the standards of the different units?

Why isn't a "new development project" more attractive for me from the investment point of view?

Residence Křižíkova is in fact interesting because all the available units are exempt from the VAT payment (9% - 19%). Furthermore, refurbished units in Art Nouveau buildings do not lose their real market value also in times of financial crisis.
