Reservation fee 100.000,- CZK - payable upon the signature of the reservation contract.
15% of the purchase price - payable upon the signature of the future purchase contract i.e. 30 days from signing of the reservation contract.
Remaining final payment - payable before signature of the purchase contract i.e. 60 days from singning of the future purchase contract.
The project is financed by ČSOB. In case of interest, a mortgage can be easily arranged with the Hypotéční banka a.s. for future purchasers of this project.
